I'm going to set up my first computer and way wondering if all of my parts could work together. Any help would be much appreciated.

Motherboard:GIGABYTE GA-970A-D3 AM3+ AMD 970 SATA 6Gb/s USB 3.0 ATX AMD Motherboard

CPU: AMD FX-8320 Eight-core 3.5GHz

RAM:patriot G2 Series 2x8GB 240-Pin

O. Drive: ASUS 24X DVD Burner

Case: RAIDMAX Tornado ATX-238WU

Storage:Famous Brand ARHD750SA3 750GB 5400 RPM SATA 3.5" Internal Hard Drive

GPU: PowerColor AMD Radeon HD 6670 2GB GDDR3 VGA/DVI/HDMI PCI-Express Video Card - AX6670 2GBK3-H

PSU: RAIDMAX HYBRID 2 RX-530SS 530W ATX12V V2.2/ EPS12V SLI Ready CrossFire Ready Modular Power Supply

All of this runs about $810ish (with monitor, keyboard and mouse)

My main concern is do i have enough power to run all this.

Cut the ram to 2x4g and use the money on a better brand psu, get a 7200rpm hhd and spend a little more and get hd 7770 video card. If money is tight replace the amd 8320 with a fx6300, overall this will give you a better preforming computer.

I would change the Raidmax case for a Corsair 200R. It's $20 more, but for a beginner well worth it. The Corsair is much easier to build in the wire management is excellent. You can hide most of the wires in the back of the mobo giving a neat build. Check the reviews. Also check out IPS monitors they have come down a lot in price.
