So I just recently built my PC with a SSD and Im already running low on space. If I get a hard drive rather than another SSD is there a way I can make my Hard Drive read and write as fast as my SSD?

A hard drive is a mechanical device limited by the speed of the platters and speed of the read heads. Short answer, without attaching another SSD to the hard drive as a cache device, no.

No definitely not, but since your SSD will be the main drive and reading and writing the most, your system wioll not slow down at all.

the most you can do is use the ssd as cache for your hdd. itll improve program startup times, but wont be at the same level.
