Hello!
This my first thread in Tom's Hardware :) Hope I become a good friend in the community!

I have this MicroATX Gigabyte GA-H61M-S2P-B3 Motherboard (Specs HERE) and I am wondering if this video card Gigabyte GV-N610D3-2GI (Specs HERE) is compatible with my motherboard and is it good for gaming (Games like Battlefield 3, GTA IV, etc)

If it is not, what is the best video card that is good for gaming and is compatible with my motherboard?

Thanks in advance :)

Regards,

Welcome to the community! I actually have a very similar motherboard to yours. Well yes the video card is compatible. However, that video card is not that great. Can we have a little more information to help us (i.e. processor, power supply, budget).

@ASHISH65 can any video card run in my mobo? even if it is not small (low profile)?
My max resolution is 1366 X 768 (running Intel HD Graphics)

@usbgtx550
CPU: Intel Pentium G2020 @ 2.90 Ghz
RAM: 4 GB
PSU: 300 Watt (I think I will upgrade it)
OS: Win7 Ultimate SP1 x64

Budget: Not important, anything good

it depends on which case you have? if you have slimline case then low profile gpu is way to go.

i suggest get gtx 650ti 1gb + corsair cxv2 430w psu.

gtx 650ti will maxout 99% of games at your resolution

in low profile hd 7750 1gb ddr5 is way to go
