Hi everyone,
I have a geforce 9600gt card when I start a game the computer shuts down I have to take out my power cord then re plug it to get it working again, the 9600GT uses a 4pin power connection for extra power to the card, can this be a psu problem? my psu is a 400watt 26 amps on a 12v. rail. computer works well when I take out the card and use the onboard Intel Graphic Media Accelerator, and play games like 18 wheels steel American long haul, need your help friends.

Solution
hmm yes i think it is psu issue, when you play games gpu loads more power, but psu is not able to give that power to gpu which results in shutdown or crashes

I tried your solution, it does'nt work ASHISH65, I should also say that the computer works fine surfing the net and other things but whenever I tried to play games, a few seconds into the game the computer shutdown then restarted Auto. I was told by a friend that my psu cannot handle the card, what do you think?
