battlefield 3 low fps

I have

amd pheom x3 3.o ghz 16 gig g skill 16oo ram windows 7 24 inch monitor gtx 660 3 gig

I can only get 2o to 30 fps in battlefield 3. does not matter how low of graphic candies I turn down nor lower the resolution. any help is appreciated

Check your CPU usage on the task manager, use GPUZ to check GPU usage, and make sure your monitor isn't an older 30hz. I have a i7 3770 and a 660 as well and I get a comfy 60 fps with everything maxed.
