I've never built a computer before and just needed some tips on the hardware I've chosen. I'm pretty sure it's all compatible and will work fine but I just need some assurance that it will all work. If I'm missing anything please tell me, also I think I need a case fan with this set up so yeah.

Hard Drive: Western Digital WD Green WD20EZRX 2TB IntelliPower SATA 6.0Gb/s 3.5" Internal Hard Drive -Bare Drive
GPU: EVGA 04G-P4-2686-KR GeForce GTX 680 w/ Backplate 4GB 256-bit GDDR5 PCI Express 3.0 x16 HDCP Ready SLI Support Video Card
Power Supply: OCZ Z Series Gold OCZZ1000M 1000W ATX12V 2.3/ EPS12V 2.91 SLI Certified CrossFire Ready
RAM: CORSAIR Vengeance 16GB (2 x 8GB) 240-Pin DDR3 SDRAM DDR3 1600 (PC3 12800) Desktop Memory Model CMZ16GX3M2A1600C10
Motherboard:ASUS SABERTOOTH Z77 LGA 1155 Intel Z77 HDMI SATA 6Gb/s USB 3.0 ATX Intel Motherboard
Processor: Intel Core i7-3770K Ivy Bridge 3.5GHz (3.9GHz Turbo) LGA 1155 77W Quad-Core Desktop Processor Intel HD Graphics 4000 BX80637I73770K
Cooling: CORSAIR Hydro Series H80 (CWCH80) High Performance Liquid CPU Cooler

Do I need more case fans? Thanks! :)

Since you have liquid cooling, the only use for case fans will be to keep the HDD cool and the airflow moving..so I would recommend against additional case fans. Depends on the usage mainly though.
Otherwise your system is ready to go!!

Thanks for the response! Is it absolutely necessary to keep the HDD cool?

Considering that the cabinet comes with 4 fans pre-installed, I don,t think you need any extra cooling.
If the PC will be in an air conditioned environment then no need whatsoever. If not you can get one 140mm fan to install in front of the HDD bay.
