I believe this will help you in selecting the best board for your need:

http://www.tomshardware.co.uk/z77-express-ivy-bridge-benchmark,review-32489-18.html

The roundup review concluded with a tie between three boards :

"Consequently, our seven-way Z77 Express-based motherboard comparison ends in a three-way value tie between the Biostar TZ77XE3, ASRock Z77 Extreme4, and Gigabyte Z77X-D3H. None of the three boards earn a definitive victory, so they receive our Tom's Hardware Approved award, indicating superiority over the rest of today's field."

Personaly Out of those two I would take the ASRock Z77 Extreme4

Thanks

Motherboard - Gigabyte Z77X-D3H

Ever since Intel’s introduction of the Z77 chipset, motherboard giant Gigabyte has made huge leaps in in improvements on their motherboards all the way from the budget end to the extreme high end and the Z77X-D3H is a perfect example of what kind of top quality products can be achieved.

With support for PCIe 3.0, SATA 3 6Gb/s, 8 channel integrated audio, Gigabyte’s fully digital power delivery system, and ultra durable 4 features, it’s got a lot going for it.

That said,The Z77 Extreme4 can be purchased for as little as $129. Taking a look at the current availability of Intel Z77 motherboards at popular retailers confirms that this motherboard is an absolute bargain and I would say – if you are on a tight budget then give this board some consideration.

The only negative I have for this motherboard is that it slips outside of typical ATX specifications. It’s 3cm thinner than a standard ATX motherboard and as a result may lack secure mounting on the far side since this isn’t a common size, which also means you should be very careful when plugging in the 24-pin ATX motherboard power – as the motherboard may flex. Bottom Line Gigabyte Z77X-D3H gets my vote.

@bigcyco1

thanks for the suggestion. about price i'm not going to buy online and i'm not living in the US. my local shop list it for the same price (and they were more expensive then the price you're listing here lol :p ). both looks good to me and i do have experience with gigabyte mobo so and so far i think they were quite good. my E7500 OCed to 3.6Ghz was stable for years using gigabyte G41M-ES2L. personally i never used ASRock board before and i heard bad thing about their mobo during pentium 4 era. that was long ago and now i do heard good things about them but since i never use their mobo i'm a bit hesitate to pick theirs. that's why i'm opening this thread looking for anyone that can give their opinion or share their experience with both mobo if they have it. but for now i'm leaning towards gigabyte
