CPU's impact on web browsing?

I currently have a desktop computer with a weak cpu AMD E1-1200, which is just 1.4 Ghz in speed. My web browsing experience is so so - while I can do browsing reasonably ok but many times I wonder if I had a faster cpu it might improve my web browsing experience. I am planning to build a desktop with either intel i3-3220 (3.3 Ghz speed) or intel G 2010 (2.8 Ghz speed).

My question is whether building a desktop with one of the above mentioned stronger CPUs (either i3 3220 or G 2010) would make my web browsing experience better? Means whether I can load the web pages like yahoo or google etc faster, and whether I can check my email faster compared to the weak amd e1-1200? I am asking this question because currently I have an ordinary internet connection which is only around 256 kb/sec (= 0.25 mb/sec) in speed, and I am trying to compensate for this slow internet connection by whatever other means possible, I will also try to use RAM around 4 to 8 Gb, a good mother board, and a SSD for storage etc to optimize my web browsing experience, but will using a stronger cpu as pointed above with i3 or G 2010 improve my web browsing experience as compared to a weak cpu like amd e1-1200 what I have now? or the cpu does not contribute much at all and all the above mentioned three CPUs will have same impact on the web browsing experience (speed with which I can load yahoo or google pages, or check my email etc)?

The web browser is mostly run by the CPU, so in some sense you might expect better performance. But browsers are not demanding applications at all, and they're of course also limited by the data rate of the internet connection. With a faster connection you might see a slight improvement, but with your slow connection I doubt you'd notice anything.

Also, an SSD would make the browser launch faster, but after that it would have no effect.
