Feedback on my build?
I have a few questions too.
The powersupply i have selected has an LED an. i think it looks better with the fan facing up but i dont think that is good for cooling and performance so i should keep it facing down right?

If $99.99 qualifies as under $100, I'd recommend a Seasonic M12II 750W or an XFX Pro Edition 750W.

Otherwise, a Corsair CX750M should do in a pinch. The other two are higher quality though.

I'd personally switch the PSU to a reliable brand I can recommend like Corsair, Antec, Silverstone, rather than something that markets its products by having LED fans on them.

For example: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16817256085
It's fully modular, 80+ Gold certified and has enough to power up your CPU and any single-GPU card you throw in it with plenty of overclocking headroom. All that at a reasonable price.

And no, technically there's no difference which side your PSU is facing as long as you have decent airflow inside your chassis. I'd still recommend having the fan taking in cool, fresh air from the outside through a dust filtered intake if at all possible. Also take note that the pricing/availability situation can change a lot in 2 months. Not to mention new stuff that may come out. Although I can understand your anticipation very well.
