I just upgraded my mobo and cpu and now windows wont boot, can anyone help?
I get to the windows loading screen but it freezes there before it gets into windows and then blue screens and restarts. Anyone have any ideas why?

Well .. if you changed the Mobo to a different Brand/type of Mobo to the original (and the fact you said you "upgraded" makes me assume it is not just a replacement for your old Mobo),... you will probably need a fresh install of windows.
If mono's use the same motherboard chipset - you can sometimes/often get windows to continute to work.. but in general - you should expect to have to do a fresh install of windows if you change the Mobo.
You current windows install is expeting to drive your original motherboard - so has all the key files it need to do that.... you put in a new Mobo. your existing windows now does not have the right files and gets totally confused.. and cant even start up enough to auto change divers..

HTH
Cheers

Windows was configured with all the drivers from the old mobo. If you replace your motherboard, you will need to re-install Windows. It is sometimes possible to repair the existing installation, but the few times I've tried that, it usually hasn't worked, and when it has, Windows was still never "right."
