( and the 7850 i own already http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16814102999)

Ill be taking a old 500gb sata hd and using it and putting a Radeon HD 7850 2GB in it.

Also could use a recommendation on a cpu cooler and some 120mm fans to add to the top of the case.

might upgrade to the k if the psu lets me.

You could also go with a cheaper, non-modular unit, for example the S12ii from Seasonic will easily fit and is $65 or so. It's not modular is the only thing, but there's space to tuck the cables away: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16817151094

It's the same length (140mm) as the SilverStone.

EDIT: Actually here's another SilverStone, like above, that will also fit AND is modular. It's only $80 or so: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16817256065 The only thing you lose is that it's not Gold Efficiency like the one BigCyco linked, but that's very hard to find for under $100 anyway. It shouldn't be a deal breaker, and I'd recommend going with this one.

You don't really need a cooler for a non unlocked CPU though anyway, the stock one will more than suffice.

For the power supply, 500W would do fine, as long as it's from a reputable brand (Corsair/Seasonic/XFX). How much are you willing to spend on it? Do you care about stuff like modular cabling (might be useful in such a confined environment).

You need to make sure that the power supply will fit though. Practically any non-modular 500W unit will be fine, but if you want a modular unit make sure with you go with a Silverstone PLUS, since they are only 140mm in length and therefore you will have no issues installing it. There is only room for up to 160mm power supplies in the BitFenix I believe, and since modular power supplies have plugs which add length, they need to be even shorter in order to fit.

I actually have the same case but in white the only power supplies that fit without having to modify that i am aware of are

SilverStone Strider Gold 550W SST-ST55F-G ($120 @ Newegg, $8 shipping)
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16817256085
There is also a 650W version, but that is $20 more expensive and you don't need the extra wattage.

Note that there are two versions of the Strider Plus 600W, the one I'm suggesting is 140mm, but the older, more commonly available one, SST-ST60F-P, is 160mm deep.

Cooler Master Silent Pro M500-M700 are 150mm deep and modular.

I wouldn't go for a cheaper case, the Prodigy is almost certainly the best mITX case out there.

+1 only thing i advise against is a non modular psu i made that mistake when i bought the case trust me you do not want to deal with that nightmare.
