i am on a budget so saving some cash would be helpful

it just has a 100 mhz over 3470
my other specs are

if i were you i would try and stretch your budget as far as you can to get a 7800 series card like a 7850 because that will give you a much better gaming experience

if you dont overclock i5 3470 is a great option...

if you want to increase the gaming performance, getting a better gpu than 7770 is the more wise solution .. because you wont gain much gaming performance with 7770 anyways .. try to get at least a 7850..

More like .1 FPS. Even 500MHz would be an unnoticeable difference. Like 1FPS max.

http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16814130909 this would be a better option. Same price, better performance, and better driver support+better driver features.
