Computer won't boot after Overclocking

So today I decided to overclock my CPU. I followed a video tutorial step by step for my ASRock Z77 Extreme4-m. After completing every step in his video, I selected save changes and restart.

Now the computer will not boot up. If I turn it on and touch nothing, it stays at the Motherboard screen (where it says F2 or Delete for BIOS, etc.) but when I click on F2, F11, or anything nothing changes.

If I spam F2 while the computer is starting up it goes to a black screen with only 2 characters at the bottom right (B4, A9, etc.)

I am extremely worried that I screwed something up. Is it possible to fix this? I just built the computer myself a few days ago. How do I know what went wrong?

Please, any help would be appreciated.

Solution
use your BIOS reset jumper and go back to default. the fact that it finishes POST and flashes the BIOS screen means nothing broke(yet) hardware wise.

I'm sorry, new to this...but where/what is the reset jumper? And how would I use it?
