GPU Upgrade HD Video Playback, Photo Editing, CAD

I am looking for a budget graphics card upgrade. I currently have a 9600GSO 768gb with failing fan bearings (which causes it to be extremely loud) and am wondering what a good upgrade would be. I do absolutely NO GAMING. I am having a hard time finding resources for GPUs which do not take gaming into account. I use Photoshop and Photoshop Lightroom a lot, I occasionally use Solidworks and AutoCAD, and I use the computer to play back/stream a large collection of HD movies. I know that I don't need anything crazy; what would you guys recommend? Thanks.

That card is extremely similar to the 6670 I picked out. It's not worth the price hike IMHO.
Honestly, the GT 630 and 6670 are pretty even, with the GT 630 having a slight advantage.

Any particular reasoning for these cards? What advantages exist for either card over the other? Thanks.

I actually ended up going with this card as it was 69.99 at my local Micro Center.
