Windows 7 Ultimate arror on start up disk boot failure insert system disk

So my question is....... I got new HDD WD20EZRX 6mb/s 64 MB cesh 2 TB SATA 3
I try to install windows 7 ultimate from USB flash but first error was when i try to make partitions.Error was: setup was enable to create a new partition.Then i try this.....I have old one hard disk (SSD - 500 GIB with indows ultimate) that sistem running. I connect pc with this 2 HDD and runing windows from SSD. Runnig install from USB flash and i dont have any problems to instal windows on new one HDD.After that i disconnect 500 GIB hard and then i got error disk boot failure insert system diks on WD hard.Now i cant run windows on 2 TB hard if small hard is not connected.
System spec:
MB Gigabyte - p67 D3 B3 socked 1155
Intelle I5 - 2500 k
Gigabyte HD 6850 ATI Video Card
Ram - 4 x 2 Kingsdom Xyper X 1600
All in BIOS is OK all cable are perfect
My WD hard is visible... no problem just i cant understand from where is coming this !

Hi,
Run windows setup again when only 2TB HDD is connected. Select startup repair and it should fix boot record.

I try but one more time this massage cant run from hdd need system disk!

Are you using bootable USB disk with Windows installation? If not, you won't be able to do anything.

If so, simply boot from your USB, when setup menu comes up select startup repair. Select which windows instalation to fix.
If there is nothing to select then maybe you have not installed it to your HDD 2TB but to SSD.

I cant do this .... when i try to repair after restart same massage cant boor from hdd. Small one HDD is not connect when i make repair. I try and reinstall windows even but i got massage setup was enable to create a new partition or cant locate existing partition! WTF is going on. And do i need to set some jumpers on my 2 TB hdd when i connect it to MB ?
