So recently i noticed that when I play video games, from time to time they lose their normal FPS for a moment, so i checked my CPU temperature with the game still on (World of Tanks atm) and it was very high on all cores, about 100ºC. Than i checked the temperature without any games on, and it was around 60-80ºC which is, I guess, pretty high too...

I decided to precisely clean my PC. All the fans, my graphic card (NVIDIA GeForce GTX 275) and the case of course...

After all that cleaning i checked the temp again:

SAMSUNG HD753LJ 32°C (90°F)

Battlefield 3 on ultra (20-30FPS)

Motherboard 35°C (95°F)
CPU 88°C (190°F)
CPU #1 / Core #1 94°C (201°F)
CPU #1 / Core #2 99°C (210°F)
CPU #1 / Core #3 88°C (190°F)
CPU #1 / Core #4 97°C (207°F)
GPU 65 °C (149 °F)
GPU Memory 68°C (136°F)
GPU Ambient 60°C (106°F)
SAMSUNG HD753LJ 32 °C (90 °F)
SAMSUNG HD753LJ 33 °C (91 °F)

The idle temperature is a lot lower obviously but when I started BF3 it went high like before so it looks like the problems is still there.

My question is: What is the best thing I should do for my PC so it doesn't literally burn...

Solution
I believe Feldmaster is right about reapplying the thermal paste. You may look into spending another $30 and getting a Hper 212 EVO cooler.
