Good GPU for moderate gaming

I am building my own computer and I want to know the best GPU for playing Minecraft on high settings, skyrim on medium with smooth gameplay, garry's mod with a bunch of things going on and still smooth, and then counter strike GO with a high graphics and good FPS. I am going to be playing at about 1366x768 resolution. I don't plan on overclocking, and with my motherboard I can't crossfire.

100$ 7770
150-180$ gtx 650 ti boost / 7850
200$ 7870
220$ 7870 xt


with the xt and normal version of the 7870 you can max any game at that resolution, and its more futureproof

What setting are you playing crysis at?

I am not intrested in playing crysis. I am just curious at what settings because he could be playing at medium so that means he could play skyrim at medium+. Also, my budget for a GPU is about 125$
