If you're sticking with amd for cpu, I would definitely get an after market air cooler for higher overclocking the hyper 212 is a great one for 30 bucks on newegg. For AMD, the fx line are great overclockers, and the 6200 seems to be the best for the price IMHO and 10 dollars off today at newegg. Check cpuboss. http://cpuboss.com/cpus/Desktop-AMD-cpus-3770021

As for PSU, corsair, seasonic, antec, xfx brands are the best.

Corsair or G-skill are good memory brands for memory.

ASUS, ASROCK, GIGABYTE, MSI, are all good mobo brands, sorry I don't know much about amd chip sets.

Best of Luck!
