Is my RAM downclocking its self? (Picture)

My motherboard is ASRock Z75 Pro3 and the RAM is linked here http://www.amazon.co.uk/gp/product/B008W6AK0O/ref=oh_details_o03_s01_i01?ie=UTF8&psc=1#productDetails

My motherboard has a feature which allows me to set the RAM frequency in the BIOS but im a little edgy as to doing this, will it be ok if i set it to 1600Mhz?

Hmm what do you mean timings? i set it to the XMP. Do i need to make other changes too?

No the XMP will set that for you. Most times IF the ram is auto set to a low frequency it will also lower the timings. This means if you manually set the ram speed you need to make sure the timings are set correctly.
