My current pc setup:

Intel Core i7 3770k
Gigabyte z77-ud3h Mobo
Kingston HyperX ddr3 8gb ram
Asus gtx 680 dc2og
1920x1080 single monitor

I run crysis 3 on Very High setting, V-sync 'ON' but when i put on Antialiasing yo 'MSAA high' the game running slow on around 30FPS. is it the max gtx680 can handle?

what is the performance setup that i should do?

I'm not sure if it will help, but I've heard that with vsync on the FPS drops by 10 or 15 fps if it drops below 59. You can try turn adaptive vsync on in the nvidia control panel. Sorry I don't actually know if it will work or not, but I did a bit of reading about it when Tomb Raider came out a few weeks ago.

Those two settings that you listed are very expensive, as in they are very resource intensive and they really put a heavy load on the card. As for your card running the game on "low" 30 FPS, that is a very playable Frame Rate especially for Crysis 3, since that game kicks any cards boot.
For a performance setup, it's best to find something that you are comfortable with, just experiment with the game. I'm sure someone who had played the game a lot more than me can fill you in a few teaks that makes the game look and play very well.

Hello.
30FPS is normal for maxed out Crysis 3 on GTX680:

At the moment is the most demanding game.

'MSAA high' is the name of your problem.

And these are the numbers of Titan...

GTX680 also has 2GB VRAM:

Just use SMAAx2

Is there any tweaks i can do in my Nvdia control setting? I havent mode any setting on that. I just buy the gpu and install the graphic driver 314.22 then straight play crysis 3.

that's normal 2 7970 matrix platinums or msi lightnings @1200 MHz is the cheapest way to play crisis 3 maxed @1080p if you have 2gb (680) v ram u cant max it 4xmsaa will take you cards to the limit

Yeah, you REALLY need to turn off Vsync. That is no way to play a demanding game like Crysis 3, and besides the game has motion-blur which greatly helps hide screen tearing, if that's what you're worried about.

My advice is to drop Shadows to High or Medium, since they still look amazing - and consider dropping Object to High or Medium. You will still get 99% of the great visuals, and you should be able to turn on 4xMSAA if you want - 45fps avg with, 55-60fps avg with FXAA or SMAA Medium. (Don't listen to reedy777 - Crysis 3 will not use over 1.5GB VRAM with Very High textures and 4xMSAA)
