Hi Im Johnvher 15 years old ,I got an motherboard ASUS P5KPL-VM,A Core 2 Duo E7220 clocked at 2.50 GHz,2GB DDR2 Ram & 150GB Seagate HDD for free at our neighborhood.Well im planned to build a Silent Gaming PC,earlier i bought an ORION Active cool case and some accesorries like RAM cooler,2 80mm LED fans,Hard Disk Cooler etc.
Now my question is my desktop computer Specifications are right for gaming
???

MY CURRENT SPECS:
Intel Core 2 Duo E7220 Overclocked at 3.15 GHz
ASUS P5KPL-VM Mobo
150 GB HDD
Nvidia GeForce 8500 GT

Sorry for many replies beacuase our internet is lagging right now,do i need to upgrade my pc? to perform and i heard that the core 2 duo cpu's is dedicated for gaming

Because all those parts are outdated and extremely slow compared to what's on the market right now. Realistically, you would only be able to play games that came out around the time those parts came out and some minor modern games which are less demanding.

For modern gaming you're going to have to get a completely new system or get a console.

aw,now i know why our neighborhood gave it to me,well i gotta earn some money first,then if i earned i will sell mine and buy a parts and build a water or oil cooled one :??:

That's a way better idea, save up some money and do it right. You'll have to wait a bit longer but it'll be worth it.

Nope, your current PC is not worth doing anything to. It will cost around 600-800 for a decent gaming PC too.
