I'm looking to run games like far cry 3, crysis 3, and battlefield 3 at high settings with at least 30 FPS is this system going to be enough? PS I'm a console gamer who is finally trying to get into the PC scene, so any help is much appreciated.

Solution
Things that I have changed --
*Power Supply since Corsair does a better job with PSUs and not fail within 2 years.
*CPU, because i5 3570 would be just enough for gaming and you wouldn't notice a difference between those two while gaming.
Graphics Card: To put the extra $100 from the CPU to here for better FPS in gaming. (especially in Farcry 3)

looks real nice. that mobo has loads of extra features you arent using with that rig such as multiple graphics cards and special storage options. try the asrock extreme3 instead for a little more savings

EDIT:

having said this its nice to have the space for upgrades

This build will TRASH the original post, because it's spending just the right amount of money where it should be spent, as opposed to throwing money into places that give no benefit.

Thanks for the advice, I was wondering whether or not to I needed to invest the money into an I7 or an I5, but I think your right so I went with the Intel Core i5-3570K Ivy Bridge. My question is though do I need the K version if I don't intend to overclock? Also I changed the GPU to http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16814130785 let me know what you think about that one please. Thanks again.

Ya I originally had a bit cheaper mobo picked out, but I went with this one in case I wanted to upgrade with another GPU somewhere down the line

If you do not wish to overclock, get this: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16819116505 and get rid of the cpu cooler if you want. why did you change the graphics card?

That's a good idea I have the 212 too, it's a really good cooler, much better compared to the stock one.
