Here you can find the downloads of Hiren's Boot CD. http://www.hiren.info/pages/bootcd

BTW, the recent versions are now DVDs(as the program files are growing on their upgrades).

Deletes what? Deletes itself or files?
If you want to mean deleting files, then your drive can't automatically delete any file. Or if you are talking about deleting the drive itself, then there is issue of bad sector(you can repair the bad sectors, but it is limited upto capacity of repair).

For recovery of your drive content, you can use Power Data Recovery kind of softwares.

Check your event log for obvious hard drive errors.

Then use Crystal Disk Info here:

http://crystalmark.info/download/index-e.html

Run this ( Please avoid all the bloat by selecting Custom Install - great software - they just are trying to make $$$)

Anyways... Once that is installed it will run and tell you the health of your disk. If it says "Healthy"

You can't ever prevent this from happening. The only and best alternative is to setup a backup plan. Manually, automated or using special software. Software can do more advanced features such as appending the backup but I personally just backup the entire data set monthly...

Depends on your needs and recovery time needed.

To be clear...

Your hard drive nor ANY operating system will ever delete a file.

There is absolutely something else at play. OS's do not delete files for any reason. Especially not your user files. It may modify system files. That is it.

here, deleting means deleting the drive itself and i want to say that there is no bad sector in my drive because i test the disk(it means i performs the chkdsk and there is not showing bad sector)
for recovery i use stellar phoenix software but the recovery files doesnot work.
what can i do?

You can use Hiren's Boot CD to repair your drives.
Your drive must have bad sector issue, otherwise file's can't be deleted in mystery. Either your Antivirus deleted the files or someone else deleted.
Your OS can't delete your files that are out of OS's own implementation.
To recover your DATA you can use Power Data Recovery.
