I am getting a rare/random BSOD that completely shuts down my computer.

This has happened only a few times since I built my new computer in Dec 2012, there are no symptoms or notifications before hand and it only has happened when I am not on/near my computer. I have never seen what happens before shutting completely off.

When I turn my computer back on I am greeted with a message shown below...
For both times it has happened I also hear a strange noise during boot up which sounds almost like a fan issue but it fixes its self within a minute and I never hear it again. No matter how how many times I turn my computer off and back on I never hear that sound again. I opened up my computer and double checked that everything was running fine and secure, everything was.

the fact your hearing a noise on boot up is usually the hard drive and since your having random bsod could also indicate a hard drive problem , i suggest you back up your hard drive while you still can and then run some diagnostics on that drive
