Geforce6100p-m2 Mother Board overclock option

I am trying to over clock my cpu and just can not find the options for it in the bios. I have also tried to use multiple programs to try to over clock it but its just not letting me.
Cpu is amd athlalon64 x2

you can go look for the front bus speed and the CPU ratio speeds.

not to mention, overclocking wont do you any good. no matter how far you overclock, the CPU wont even compete with anything new
