I think you need to get a new PSU, thats only a 250w... I would pick up a 500w PSU and a non-boost GTX 650ti, thats the most powerful GPU that will physically fit that case I think.

This is what I would do as an upgrade for that system, please note that this is probably the physically largest GPU that will fit in that case. I based this list off of the link you gave that shows what is supported. With this setup you could run the game on high with your resolution.
Total Cost: $365

PSU: Corsair CX500 - http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E168...

GPU: EVGA GTX 650ti - http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E168...

CPU: AMD Phenom II x4 - http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E168...

RAM: 8gb DDR3 1333 (max your mobo supports) - http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E168...

well the specs say 95W max so suggesting a 125W CPU isnt a real great idea... nor is spending that much money... he just wants to play on low on a low res monitor. a 7750 is probably fine
