For $10 more, Gigabyte hands down.

You want to be looking at DDR3 and overlooking DDR2 anyway. Not only is DDR3 faster, it is cheaper :)

The Gigabyte has 3 years warranty, while the ASRock has only 1 years.

I wouldn't look at overclocking with that CPU. But I'm sure both those motherboards can overclock; if one can, the will as well (they are the same chipset).

What I would truly recommend is buying an Intel Core i3 3220 and a B75 chipset motherboard for a total cost of $200. I would not waste my money on a new motherboard for a 5 year old CPU. I'd save money until I can get a decent CPU+MOBO combo.

You know what i think i will go with buying an i3 and a better mobo and one more thing before i choose you for Solution can you tell me in order which of the Chipsets are better using " < " method and what the the chipset does?

I've bolded the current generation of motherboards. The other one's are old generation and not worth getting. Though the "Q" series are current gen, they are not as common as the others.

So in terms of hierarchy:
Z77>Z75>H77>B75
Both the Z77 and the Z75 come with overclocking. The differences being the former comes with Intel Smart Response Technology (SSD caching, shouldn't worry about this much), as well as more PCIe 3.0 lanes.

Z77 comes with either 1x16 or 2x8 or 1x8+2x4 in terms of PCIe 3.0 lanes. So essentially, you can either have one single GPU on x16, 2 GPUs on x8 each (crossfire/sli), or, one GPU on x8 and two GPUs on x4 each (tri crossfire/sli).

The Z75 comes with 1x16, or 2x8 (PCIe 3.0). So the maximum on it is 2 GPUs in crossfire or SLI. Everything else is the same.

The H77 does not come with overclocking, and only comes with 1x16 (PCIe 3.0).

The B75 is essentially H77 without extra features.

So if you want to overclock: Z77 or Z75
If you want to crossfire/sli: Z77 or Z75
If you do not want any of the above features: H77 or B75.
In a nutshell.

Thank You so much! got me a little confuse on the GPU part like 8x2 and stuff but as long as it can play my XFX Radeon HD 7850 Double-D 1GB GDDR5 and cross fire with another GPU then im all good????

So if you want to crossfire, even a H77 can do that.

I'll try not to confuse you, but what I said before was PCIe 3.0. Basically, it offers double the performance of PCIe 2.0. So the H77 only offers 1x16 PCIe 3.0 lane. But some vendors (Gigabyte, Asus, ASRock) may add additional Express lanes. So it may come with 1x16 PCIe 3.0, and 1x16 PCIe 2.0.
Because 3.0 has double the bandwidth of 2.0, 1x16 PCIe 2.0 would be equivalent to 1x8 PCIe 3.0.

Hope I didn't confuse you :)

BTW, even PCIe 2.0 1x4 would not bottleneck a 7850, so take the above information as a grain of salt.
