my sound icon has deleted from the desktop. i have problem in listening music please help

Did you try restarting your computer? I had this happen occasionally on my laptop and had to restart explorer.exe to get it back, or just restart. Go to device manager through control panel and expand sound and if you see a yellow exclamation point right click and update to download the driver.
