I have a Samsung S2 Portable, and I reformatted it to be a encrypted Mac OS X disk. But after that, it malfunctioned and cut the process in the middle. After, when I plugged it back in, the hard drive is shown red and there is no partition. And when I click on it, it says:

Disk Error:

A error has occured with your disk. Would you like to revert it to a working state?

This will erase the following volumes:
None

Ignore, Fix

Now I have no partition to fix from and I have all my files in there. Before I formatted it, I checked for viruses but there aren't any. Can someone help me restore the hard drive to get it working again?

I'm on a MacBook Pro 13" Late 2011.

Your description is muddled: "I reformatted it to be a encrypted Mac OS X disk. But after that, it malfunctioned and cut the process in the middle." It cut out in the middle of what process? Was it the encrypting process? If it was, it just sucks to be you, for your data was corrupted in the middle of the encrypting process and there is no key to recover the data. The encrypting process uses an algorithm to convert readable data into encrypted data, and if the process cuts out in the middle the data is neither fisn nor fowl. There may be some expert or program to recover such data, but I wouldn't bet on it.

However, if your question is merely about how to recover the physical media then you can repartition and reformat it.
