The device manager does not tell me much.
Go to gigabytes's web site, and download all of the latest drivers for your motherboard and install them.
Include the software for usb3.0 device acceleration.
To verify which revision your motherboard is, look on the box, or download and run cpu-z and look on the motherboard tab.
Another possibility is that there is a bios fix.
Do not try to update the bios unless you think it will fix your problem.
A failed bios update can permanently disable your motherboard.
