problem about hd 5450

i hv recently installed ati radeon hd 5450 1gb ddr3...and insert the disk of given by them but after installing all components....it still says graphic card is not installed...

1)remove the gpu 2) boot to pc,go to control panel- device manager - display- uninstall drivers. Then restart and put gpu back.download drives from amd site. ' 13.3 beta' driver .forget that cd.

amd athlon ii x3 445 at 3.10
4 gb ram
64 bit windows 7 ultimate
500 gb hdd
powercolor ati radeon hd 5450 1gb...
after putting graphics card i insert the disk given by powercolor which updated my amd vision control....but after booting the system says please update the drivers....
