It can handle it but you are cutting it really close and you really should get a better power supply if you don't want problems in the future. According to neweggs PSU calculator you need at least 257 watts for your PC's configuration with the 6570.

ok then i am getting hd 6570. once again i am asking will it be fine.
or else if i buy a 400W PSU then can i buy anyone that has a output of 400W or i have to see the +12V rail and all. please reply

Buy a 400W PSU or even a 350W if the 400W costs too much. It is always nice to leave yourself some headroom, because as your parts start to age they will begin to use more power (measured in watts) to reach the same clock frequency. If you plan on overclocking then you should definitely invest in a PSU that is able to deliver more power.
