SYSTEM :

MEMORY : Kingston HyperX Beast 8GB (2x4GB) 1600MHz DDR3 KHX16C9T3K2/8X

MOBO : Sabertooth 990FX/GEN3 R2.0

CPU : AMD FX-8350

500W power supply Chieftec

EAH 4670 Ati Radeon

Is there anything problematic? I am mostly concerned about the memory modules, they are not in the "DIMM socket support" (manual of ASUS Sabertooth). Will they work correctly? Is there anyone here that has this configuration working currently? And how far in overclocking would this system take me?

[Is there any software that can find out if everything in a system works as it should? Because buying a new system always has you in the dark, usually there is no baseline (another system to compare and find out if and what is not working correctly) For example, i had for over 3 years an X-Fi Platinum and recently found out that the output audio was distorted after i heared out another, same sound card
How could i have known? There are no programs for the entire system?]

Are you buying these parts? The graphics card is several years old and will severely lag in modern games. I think the motherboard isn't worth the cost, and you could probably save some money on the Ram as well. I would steer away from that PSU like the plague.

The psu and GC are from my older pc. Never had problems with the psu. serves me well 8 years now. I know these parts are old. will these memory modules work with MOBO and this cpu?
