What are some of the best gaming keyboards and mice up to about $70 each? I was looking at the logitech g9x mouse and logitech g110 keyboard a few months ago but never got around to buying anything.

I play fps games, mmo's, and rpg's, so I'm mostly looking for all around stuff.

so what features do you want . sych as macro keys.rollover, backlighting , mechanical or rubber dome .and for your mouse what gripd do you have palm or claw, and what about the size of your hands . optical or laser sensor anwser some of those questions and if you want to detail further i can help :)

I counter-recommend Patrick's recommendation.

There is absolutely NO point in spending money on a "gaming" keyboard unless you're buying a mechanical board - otherwise you're spending $50 for lights under the keys that you shouldn't be looking at anyways.

unless you just LOVE rubber domes and a few extra macro keys XD

I've got macro keys - it's called my number pad. :p

As for rubber domes, well... if you love typing on them, and have tried typing on a mechanical keyboard, I have a nice padded cell waiting for you.

I definitely want some macro keys, doesn't have to be alot. I prefer the extra buttons on the mouse. What exactly is rollover? I'd like to have backlight. I've read that mechanical is better than rubber, so I guess mechanical. I generally use a fingertip grip. I think my hands are a little bit bigger than average for a man.

I'm not really sure about laser or optical. I think laser would be better, but I haven't been able to find a definite answer.

A backlit Mechanical keyboard with macro keys will cost quite a bit more than 70 dollars however

If you palm your current mouse, then I would highly recommend the Razer Deathadder 2013 edition, which is around $50-60. My keyboard is a Corsair K90, which is out of your price range, but I would recommend a mechanical keyboard if you plan on buying a gaming keyboard.
