So I opened up Chrome and it told me site not secure, visit site to download Microsoft Windows tools and remove it. I realized this was a virus and I ran a scan. It showed me a list of viruses which I promptly removed but there are some viruses which are saying manual removal. I am using AVG, could someone with experience on virus removal help me to remove these viruses?
Thanks.

+1 to Jed 70. I also use rescue disks... Ive been using AVG as of late and I'm surprised to find this isn't suggested more often. In my experience they have been extremely good at removing any and all infections. Give the rescue cd a shot before resorting to restore or reformatting.

When you boot, repeatedly press F8 , and take the option for safe mode.
Then in windows, go to control panel/recovery, and open system restore.
There will be an option to show more restore points, sorted by date.
Select one when you know things were working well and restore.

Well first off it's pretty stupid downloading this especially since you mentioned you knew better now you might have to reap what you sow lol.Boot your computer into Safe Mode with Networking now you should do a complete malware scan: using
Spyware Doctor
Malwarebytes AntiMalware
Avira Free or Avast Free Edition not both just pick one.
That will get rid of anything trust me!

Although you use TDSkiller or Rkiller you can also damage your computer even more worse than those Virus. If you can run team viewer next time on virus and let one of the people with knowledge for virus to remove it remotely. of course when you close that team viewer they no longer able to use your pc. The Password on Team viewer changes every time you start it. Also When they make black screen on your computer and block mouse, pull Internet Rj45 cable out and they also no longer in your computer. For Wi-Fi Turn it off by the scroll bar sledge on your laptop or pull USB device for wi-fi out.
By the way, try use AVG or KSPKY Cd to remove a Police virus on win xp to win 7 :) win vista and win 7 can remove the virus in Safe mode most of the time.
Win XP cannot be removed in Safe mode most of the time. There are several way for removing Police virus.

all rkill does is stop know malware processes from running.
you have no idea what you are talking about, the police virus is not even a virus per se but sill desktop customization, system restore will remove it...
