As said in the title. I have an ATI Radeon 7950 3gb card made by XFX and i would like to cap the frames at 60fps.

This is my build.
AMD FX-8350
XFX ATI Radeon HD7950 3 GB DDR5
GIGABYTE GA-970A-UD3 AM3+ AMD 970 SATA 6Gb/s USB 3.0 ATX AMD Motherboard
Kingston Technology HyperX 8 GB
Corsair Builder Series CX 600 Watt

Download MSI afterburner then go to settings and enable framerate limit or something like that. It will open another program in your taskbar with a pink 60 on it. Open that and then go to settings and it will be in there. D3Doverrider is a good program for forcing vsync/triple buffering.

Turn on Vsync in games this will cap the framerates to 60fps your monitors rate also will consume less power and run cooler.
Some games might not have the vsync option in that case you can force vsync on from catalyst control centre, Thanks

Radeonpro is the best solution in my opinion, set 'Dynamic Framerate Control' to 50 fps for example, you can then force 60HZ triple buffering and vsync and then enjoy no screen tearing and a smooth 50 fps
