Can my GPU run this game?

I was wondering if the graphics card I am going to get can run this game on the highest settings.

The Asus Nvidia GeForce GTX 660 2GB cu II OC.

Could it run the game, tomb raider and bioshock infinite? And I'm new to this site and was also wondering if you have any good chart benchmark sites? (if that makes sense)

Then it's a great mid range card, I have one myself (the GTX660) but depending on where you live its not necessarily the card to buy at the moment, due to AMDs games bundling package (which wipes out the price difference).
If you are getting all your games within the price of a standard GTX660, then it's a great buy, but if you have to add them to the cost then the $40-50 price difference vanishes. I'm in the UK and the difference between an Asus GTX660 and a HD7870XT is £10, makes the choice a no-brainer.

I don't have the graphics card so the site will be running my other graphics card.
I'm going to get the card soon, though.

20" 1600x900 resolution. I don't have enough money for a 7870. But I think the place I am buying my graphics card will have the bundle.

+1 This, though right now the HD7870XT is too close in price to the standard 7870s I think, making it generally the card to buy.

As to your original question, without a resolution it's not possible to answer, but as a general comment, the GTX660 can run any modern game with most settings turned up at 1080P. Maxing everything? Probably not, but you'll probably struggle to notice the difference between different MSAA levels (for example).

Go with a HD 7850 and get the games included. The HD 7850 should be more than enough to play both of these games at max settings at 1600x900

Also, what is your budget and where do you plan on buying from?

I plan on buying from canadacomputers and im paying 220.
I'm going to ask if they include the game pamphlet when they call. If it doesn't come then it doesn't really matter, they're not online games so i could just Torrent them.

XFX Double D FX-785A-CDFC Radeon HD 7850 2GB

HIS IceQ H787Q2G2M Radeon HD 7870 GHz Edition 2GB

MSI Radeon HD 7850 900MHZ 2GB

Gigabyte Radeon HD 7850 OC 975MHZ 2GB

Some Canadian options that include the game bundle. You could always sell the games if you plan on just DLing them from torrents.

The 7870 from Newegg would be my recommendation.

I would definitely go for the 7870. But it would go over my budget in total :(
about 250 in total.

They can still tell you what to expect. Also google the games and the card and see if you can find reviews with benchmarks. That's the most accurate you'll find without doing them yourself.
