Corsair CX500 or XFX 550w Core whichever fits in your budget will do but the later being more preferable to me. Thanks
XFX450 core edition is the cheapest I would go with a stock clock radeon 7870 in system.

You DO NOT want to cheap out on a PSU. It can easily fail and take out your entire system with it. The 2 recommended units are as cheap as I would go while still being decent quality.

I definitely would not go cheap on the power supply. You get what you pay for in this area. If you cheap out in this area your PSU can blow up or short out on you and take your system down with it. Pay a bit more and get one that's well built and guaranteed to last. I second the Seasonic, you can't go wrong with anything they make.
