I am looking for change my Gtx 550ti. But I do not know what is the best card between the 7970 ghz edition and the gtx 680 or if i should wait before change my gtx 550ti?

The 7970 GHz performs better than the 680, and also has a lower price point. I recommend the sapphire vapor-x card. It's quiet, cool, and works amazingly.
