I'm building my own rig, but cannot decide between

Gigabyte GTX 680 Super Overclock 5x Windforce Edition:

OR

Asus's GTX 680 DC2T Top Edition:

Both have basically identical clocks, but from what I understand from reading some reviews the Super Overclock by Gigabyte is the better card. Perhaps I'm reading the reviews wrong?

I plan to run them in SLI on a Sabertooth Z77
I wont be overclocking these cards.

(I don't like to pay money for things and screw them up, something which happens more often than not, I would rather pay for the factory to overclock the card and replace it under warranty.)

I'm indecisive, and am looking for someone to sway my decision. Thank you!

Furthermore, I apologize if this is not the correct thread to place this question.

The Bottom Line

The ASUS GeForce GTX 680 DirectCU II TOP video card is a complete behemoth. Not only will this video card take up three spots in your computer, it is like a solid rock that could probably withstand physical punishment. It is very well built and nearly every inch of the video card is covered by a sturdy aluminum plate which not only protects mounted components, but can help spread heat and direct airflow off the video card. For those users that really want to push a video card to the limit, the ASUS GeForce GTX 680 DirectCU II TOP will go the distance. = http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Djj7jW6ny2M&list=UU1PKpSdPSrFQH-OqcvxFpQw&index=4 lol!!
Hmmm...interesting what makes you think the Superclock is better ? Personally i disagree.

I would be all over that Asus TOP for its high factory overclock, cool temps, and really, really quiet fans, heavily modified PCB, with an efficient VRM design to produce low temperatures, improved voltage regulation circuitry, much better Chil controller , specially binned chip and voltage control and monitoring support that you won't find on most other non-reference cards. The thing a straight beast!I don't think that GIGABYTE Super Overclock is a bad choice either though lol.

Lol, well just when I thought Asus was the way to go you finished the opinion with Gigabyte isnt a bad way to go either lol!

I question being able to SLI the Gigabyte, for one it doesn't include an extended SLI bridge, (The Asus does.) and the recommendations for a single card is 650w vs the Asus recommendation of 300w. I have a Rosewill 800w PSU. (http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16817182238) 650 x 2 well I think you get the math.

I think I may be going ASUS after all. Unless I can get gigabyte to confirm the power requirements on an SLI configuration and get a hold of an extended length SLI bridge.
