Computer Screen wont fit on TV

I have a 24 inch led monitor and a 55 inch lg LED tv with a radeon 6850. I hooked up the tv to video card VIA HDMI and the screen on the tv is not completely filled in there is a black border around the picture. Both monitors are 1080p. Please help to fix this

Hi,

You should check your TV remote and try to Zoom in or put picture in proper aspect ratio.
If that does not work you can go to catalyst center and set overlay settings for secondary display.

Exactly. We had 3 55" TV's set up for display computers. 2 were fine, all three had the same resolution.

You may have to look through all possible display setting to do this. With a Sony Bravia, it was 'too smart' and took ages to get working correctly.
