Of course it does. Most (99.9%) come with one. I would suggest you grab an CPU cooler to overclock that CPU though. The CM Hyper 212 EVO seems to be a very popular cooler. Some CPUs that don't/didn't come with one were the Intel Extreme Edition CPUs from the past.
