ASUS PA248q having problems with the menu and toggle buttons

I very recently purchased the ASUS PA248q monitor. I'm wondering if anyone has this monitor. I have issues with the menu and toggle buttons. It has not been a smooth process, actually nearly impossible to get the toggle button where I want it. Any ideas? I did contact ASUS today and was told possibly it was a hardware issue.
Like to hear from anyone who has this monitor.

I own a PA248Q myself and the toggle button works fine for me weither its to go down/up/left/right you should have like a clicking feeling. As an example you would be on the munu and you'd go down using the toggle and you'd have that clicking feeling eveything you'd go down by one option, if it dosent do that then its most likly a faulty sample =/
