That case dose not have very good cooling. It only has one 90mm exhaust fan. If you can live with a larger case the Cosair 200R for $60 is excellent.
The Fractal Designs is about the same size and price. It comes with a 120mm fan and you can add more. Both are better made than the Apex also.

heat may be an issue with the small 90mm exhaust fan and no intake or other fans. With using the stock cooler u will most likely see quite higher temps, i would invest in a decent case with better airflow or at least more meshing, look around the $40 - 50 range on newegg and pick a semi known brand like apevia, rosewill, zalman, cooler master, raidmax, that just seems that it will lack in airflow and cooling
