I bought an Acer all in one I've been trying to burn reboot disk for Windows. and it keeps giving me an error code of zero X 9411 I thought it might be my DVD so I bought some
new DVD's Sony I thought that was the problem they still have the same code. and I have no idea what to do to somebody please help

One possible solution is to try to burn the discs at a slower speed (4x instead of 8x or higher). Are you using DVD+R or DVD-R discs? If you are using DVD+R then try the DVD-R discs and see if that makes a difference. I have had trouble burning discs before and lowering the "burn" speed helped.
