AMD Phenom II X4 B55 CPU constantly hot

Well this issue started happening a month or two ago. Idle it sits around 40-45C, doing anything really brings it up to 45-50C Anything gaming related it will sit around 60+. And with some newer games it will go up to 70+ which makes the PC restart.

Anyways, I'm trying to figure out why this is happening, it hasn't always happened. I made sure the fans and heatsinks was clean. Tried new thermal paste, and it has proper ventilation. Does anyone know why this is happening?

The B55 is an unlocked 555BE, so I am guessing you are using the stock cooler thats only designed to cool 2 cores and its now cooling 4.
