Can't find files on Recovered HDD?

My old HDD failed, I built a new system and then used Acronis True Image to clone the failed drive to my new HDD. How do I find programs like Microsoft Office and games that where on the failed drive? None of the games that where on the old drive show up in my new system under games. Plus, had a ton of music in itunes, but can't get itunes to download all the way on new system. Had a real important document that was saved to the desktop on the old system that I really need to find as well. What steps am I missing here?

Yes! I also agree to try data recovery software. Search “data recovery tools” on the internet and select one according to your own needs. (Not all data recovery tools could efficiently restore all your data back. You are supposed to read more related articles and select a right one)
