Good greeting
I had V10 in my system since 2 years. Now I'am thinking to upgrade my system and sold my i72600k and the motherboard (MSI-GD80-B3) to buying i7 4770k with it's compatable motherboard in future.
Do I sell my V10 heat sink and buying new one or keep it.
also is it worth to upgrade i72600k to i74770k
Note:
beside gaming I make some medium 3D CAD modeling and 3DMax rendering jobs.

The H80i and H100i are maintenance-free self-contained liquid coolers. You need a larger case with two adjacent 120mm exhaust ports for the H100i. The H80i will fit in almost any case as it requires only one 120mm exhaust port.
The V8 and V10 are all about looks. They're good, but they aren't the greatest coolers.

You could just keep it and save yourself the expense of buying a new one.

On the other hand, if you're looking to buy a new cooler, I'd recommend the Corsair H80i.

I like them because they are as good as high-end air coolers, but the advantage is there's no large hunk of metal as an obstacle when you're trying to work around your motherboard.

I'm not sure why the room temp would influence your decision of whether to go with an air or liquid cooer as ambient temps are ambient temps.

That seems like saying I would rather run 40 fans in my house than turn on the air conditioner to cool it because my house temp is high. Maybe you can shed some light on this for me?

At any rate, here's a list of the best coolers with regard to temp:

Thank you for answers
I heard that the water coolers dose not work efficient where the ambient temp. is mid-or high. therefore if it is not true as you say I will choose an available water cooler for that.
But is the water cooler need some maintenance more than the air cooler heat-sinks which it will forget as soon as they work?
