I am assuming you have a prebuilt sytem here which means overclocking probably is not an option.

You need to upgrade your graphics card.

Few questions before I can suggest one:

What screen resolution are you playing at?

Do you want maximum settings?

What is the manufacturer and wattage of your power supply?

What kind of FPS are you currently getting?

Why 130 FPS?

Yeah you will need a new power supply and graphics card. My biggest concern here though is how strong to go on the graphics card as I think your CPU will bottleneck before you reach 130 FPS. There aren't many benchmarks on league out there to know for sure.

Taking an educated guess, I would recommend this card and power supply:

and

I do want to add a disclaimer though. That is the amount of GRAPHICAL power I think it will take to get you to 130 fps. Your CPU will likely hold you below 130. Unless you are going to do a full system upgrade, it's probably the closest we can get. Frames will likely be high until team-fights and such where they might drop and reveal the limitations of the CPU.

Well we would salvage everything we can from your current rig to bring the price down, but I would need a little information about it.

Is this is pre-built system? (Something bought in a store like an HP, Dell, or Lenovo) or one built from scratch from components?

If it is pre-built, could you give me some exact information about it such as the brand and model number.

I need to now this stuff to know about case size and motherboard compatibility mainly.

Knowing what I know now, I would suggest something like this if you really are needing 130 FPS:

PCPartPicker part list / Price breakdown by merchant / Benchmarks

CPU: Intel Core i5-3350P 3.1GHz Quad-Core Processor ($179.99 @ Newegg)
Motherboard: ASRock H77M Micro ATX LGA1155 Motherboard ($64.99 @ Newegg)
Video Card: Sapphire Radeon HD 7790 1GB Video Card ($153.98 @ Newegg)
Power Supply: Corsair Builder 430W 80 PLUS Bronze Certified ATX12V Power Supply ($45.98 @ Newegg)
Total: $444.94
(Prices include shipping, taxes, and discounts when available.)

This is assuming we can use the case, ram, optical drive, and OS you already have.

Also, the above poster is correct in saying you wouldn't be able to "see" 130 FPS on a standard 60Hz monitor. You would need something like this to be able to take advantage of it:

Ok, that looks like a mATX case so the build I suggested would likely fit. We can also reuse the HDD, RAM, and optical drive.

I'd suggest just buying the psu and gpu and see if that is enough. Then if it isn't get a cpu/mobo/os or even just a cpu. It is such a waste to upgrade pretty much everything on such a new pc.

You may need to check how long of a card you could fit.

If he were just asking for playablity I would say you are totally right. For some unstated reason the OP requires 130 FPS and the A6 just isn't going to get even close. If he is willing to settle for less, its a different story.

Totally correct on the card though, I believe most of the 7790's should fit. Not sure about some 7850's.

My 2 cents. First off the only person I know that night might have ran LoL over 60 fps (123) was using twin 670s. I play LoL everyday on my first pc build.
Specs
CPU: i5 3570k 3.4ghz (3.8 turbo)
Mobo: Asus p8z77 v pro
Video: Asus Radeon 7870ghz edition DCuii 2gb
Memory: g.Skill Ripjaws 1600 16gb
Storage: 1tb ed caviar black hd
PSU: corsair 750w HX
OS: windows 7 home

I get 58-63 fps all the time. Nothing more or nothing less same during team fights and just standing still. And yes I do have the frame cap set to uncapped in the video settings. Also I have all graphical settings maxed. Playing in 1920x1080.

Okay so after my post made yesterday and after I gt home from work I did a little tinkering with settings in LoL. The monitor I currently use is a Asus 24" led 60hz ( 1ms refresh rate ). While in game ( LoL ) I kept all the settings on very high at 1920x1080. I turned off vertical sync and my fps went from 58-63 to anywhere from 60-400 fps depending what was on the screen.

I just wanted to make the point that despite your video card drawing 60-400 fps, you are only being shown a maximum of 60 fps due to your monitor's refresh rate. If you want to experience >60fps you're going to need to invest in a 120hz or 144hz monitor. Messing with settings to get it over 60fps with that monitor won't do anything.

If I may offer some input here from my gaming experience: A lot of the time, people will want a higher fps to improve registry, fluidity, and motion in games. For example, (I know it's not LoL, but it's something) getting a framerate of 333 fps in call of duty 2 will cause you to jump higher and run faster than a person with 60 or 85(where the default cap is). This allows better movement in game. A higher fps also allows for a better hit registry while shooting at someone in many cases... It also allows for some guns to be shot faster (i.e. the semi-auto rifles). This 333 fps is unaffected by the monitor refresh rate: sure, you can't see the difference on the 60Hz monitors, but it still improves the smoothness and ease of gameplay. This might be why a higher fps might be desired in LoL, although I don't know much about the aspects of LoL besides the high intensity of team fights, etc... Keeping a high fps in team fights may allow for more movements to be registered by the system.

So basically fps can do more things than just improve the game visually. It can mess with physics (in a good way). But of course, throttling your gpu and cpu to produce all these frames per second might not be healthy for the system, but that's up to the user to decide I suppose (I might be wrong, however, I'm not a gpu expert, just know about the fps stuff from gaming experience and config editing).
