Hello
Computer specs:
AMD FX-4300 WITH COOLERMASTER HYPER 212 EVO
GIGABYTE 990FXA-UD3
GIGABYTE 7870 GRAPHIC CARD
16GB RAM
850W PSU
500GB HDD

When i tried to boot my computer today, nothing came up on my screen, which i don't understand, because it has been working for around two weeks. When i looked inside, i saw that the fans on the graphic card didn't spin, i then turned off the computer, and checked if all the cabels were in the right spot, and check if anything were loose. I did, but the same result. I then tried putting the graphic card in my old computer, and there it worked perfectly, and i used the same PSU, RAM and HDD, the only difference was the motherboard and the CPU. So it can't be the PSU, i think. I then tried to put the graphic card in the other PCI-express 2.0 x16 slot, but the fans was still not reaction. I then tried my old graphic card and I almost got the same result, except that the little on the GT520, was spining very fast, but nothing came up on the screen.
I think that my motherboard's PCI-express ports are broken, if anybody knows anything about this, i would appreciate any answers.
Please help me.
